I am currently engaged in a cutting-edge 5G RAN side development project known as the 'Auto Certification Platform.' I focus primarily on the RRC, NAS, and IMS layers. Our innovative platform possesses the unique capability to simulate all L1/L2/L3 layers on the RAN side, along with NAS and IMS layers. This platform boasts an extensive suite of GCF and customized test suites, ensuring comprehensive testing capabilities. It is compatible with 4G, 5G NSA (Non-Standalone - Sub6 Ghz and mmwave technologies), and 5G SA (Standalone) networks, making it a versatile tool for testing devices across different network configurations. I am responsible for designing functional technology solutions, managing the FCC and UL certification for the hardware. As a technical leader, I provide guidance and support to various teams, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. I take technical ownership of the project and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals. My expertise encompasses a wide array of technical domains, including CU-DU split architecture, RLC (Radio Link Control), PDCP (Packet Data Convergence Protocol), RRC layer (38.331), NAS (24.501), SIP protocol, IMS, LTE RRC, Mobile Edge computing, ENDC, NRDC, wifi non trusted network, ePDG simulation using open source strongswan, LPP, SUPL, OMA specification, GPS simulation using B210 card. Expert in writing and testing GCF test scripts, TTCN-3, programming languages like C and C++, and network analysis tools like QXDM and Wireshark. Hardware layout comprising of B210 and N310 cards. In addition to my technical responsibilities, I play a vital role in understanding end-to-end scenarios, troubleshooting, and resolving field and quality assurance reported issues. Active participation in customer technical discussions and requirements workshops. This project represents a fusion of cutting-edge technology with low cost and has been demonstrated in various forums and expo.
