Responsibilities:  Developed a Database system to facilitate the site workers and maintained it. Calculating and handling all overtime payments of site workers  Maintain the company petty cash.  Following up company Debtors.

• Handling all Creditors & Debtors.• Preparing cash flow reports.• Handling all cash inflows and outflows of company sites

• Inventory Control of the Organization.➢ Prepare stock Excess/ Shortage Vouchers➢ Prepare Aging Report➢ Prepare Stock correction• Preparation of Payment vouchers, Cheques, Bank reconciliations and Pre-Payment Expenses Schedules.• Recorded Daily Sales (Including Direct shipment).• Prepare purchase Vouchers (Including Local Purchase & Import Purchase)• Prepare Cash Books
