Rashmi is an Indian gender activist on a mission to improve women’s health issues from puberty to menopause. She is focused on two main areas (a) raising awareness on the connection between the Menstrual Cycle and women’s health, and (b) raising awareness about Menopause and supporting women through their Perimenopausal & Postmenopausal journeys. Rashmi runs a not-for-profit organisation called Inaari Life Foundation. The purpose of the foundation is to generate awareness on women’s health issues: from puberty to menopause. Through the foundation, Rashmi works with schools on Sex Education Programs focused on areas of puberty & adolescence in both urban & rural areas. She conducts corporate workshops on Menstrual Cycle & Menopause and has conducted over 50 global workshops including entities like Google & LinkedIn, since the inception of the foundation in 2021. She also works with corporate houses to help design their menstruation and menopause policies. Apart from these, Rashmi provides 1:1 health coaching in the areas of Menstruation or Period Issues, PCOS problems, Weight Management, Stress Management & Menopause Management. Rashmi is also a serial entrepreneur. She has built not one or two but four businesses successfully from the ground up. Each of those four ventures were an alien territory to her when she started. Rashmi thrives on ambiguity, new challenges and setting up & scaling new businesses. Prior to Inaari, Rashmi spent over two decades in education and advertising. She continues consulting in the areas of both marketing and education. An alumna of Insead Business School, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a pro digital marketer, a serial entrepreneur, a closet geek & artist, Rashmi is passionate about gender equality and inclusion. Inaari is her endeavour to help create an equal world where women are empowered through good health.
