As the interim leader of the Enrollment Operation, leads the development of strategies, data-informed pivots, innovative processes, and organizational structure to meet Arcadia’s enrollment goals and other key priorities. Responsible for leading and partnering on several highly collaborative, cross-divisional initiatives under the leadership of the new President. Responsible for delivering on the institutional priority of integrating and using information and data for decision support in all areas of the College.

As part of the senior leadership team, is responsible for providing technology vision and strategy for the College. Selected to move several critical projects forward as well as provide vision and direction to the college in its efforts to advance its strategic goals. Even in a climate of limited resources, she was recognized by college leadership as well as various constituents for her ability to be a positive change agent by working collaboratively with various stake holder groups. Responsible for overseeing the Information Technology Services department as well as set IT direction, service, vision and coordinating infrastructure across the College. Responsible for all aspects of technology on campus including enterprise applications, enterprise data, instructional technology, information security, infrastructure and communications. Some of the accomplishments at Albright include -• Creation of the first 5 year IT services Financial Planning Document.• Creating the first Strategic Plan for IT.• Spearheaded the creation, development and deployment of the Data Warehouse, business analytics and dashboards to the Cabinet, Members of the Board as well as key administrative and academic areas.• Unified faculty, staff and student email under one productivity suite (Office 365).• Many upgrades to the infrastructure, security and services including telecommunicaitons, image reproduction, secure passwords, new ID card system and many more.• Focus on professional development and skill building for the entire ITS staff.• Asked to lead the effort to develop a methodology for creating and delivering online courses. I was also the chair of the university user group that were made up of major SIS users in key departments.
