• Supporting in daily schooling requirements by identifying dyslexia reading disability and work around an effective way to ensure understanding is brought to a reasonable level. • Monitoring daily progress and work with the Heads of Department and formulate IEPs in preparing the students for examination for the selected subjects.• Weekly assessment reporting and discussion with the HOD • Prepared modified examination papers to ensure the student’s ease of understanding the paper.• Involve and assist the therapist in speech therapy sessions.• Participate in HOD-Parent’s meeting for updating the student’s progress.• My role also includes support for the SEN department’s other students from different countries with disorders like Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD and combinations as well.
