Responsible for supporting and growing the traffic/EV/transportation practice dedicated to serving private sector developers, corporations, and institutional clients on their real estate development projects, while leading traffic & parking studies, transportation planning studies, and traffic signal/roadway design projects. - Led the planning and permitting of all traffic / transportation engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. - Provided direct oversight and management of junior and senior engineers and planners for specific project assignments and delivered highly technical presentations.- Effectively built and managed relationships with clients, contractors, staffs, project managers, and all other internal & external stakeholders.

Worked intensively with major public clients (New York State, Tennessee State, Texas State and New York City Departments of Transportation and Port Authority of NY/NJ, Louisiana Department of Transportation, New Orleans Regional Planning Commission (RPC), and private clients as an engineering consultant to help develop a wide range of priority infrastructure projects nationally and internationally.

Advised and reviewed Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Assessment Statements, Traffic Impact Studies, and City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) projects received from various consultants. - Led the traffic analysis of priority projects for the NYC Mayor’s office. - Developed relationships and facilitated communication across key divisions within NYCDOT including Signals, Transit, Bike & Pedestrian, Capital Projects & Public Landscape, as well as other departments including Department of City Planning, Economic Development Corporation, Department of Environmental Protection, and Sanitation.

Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) International Greater New Orleans Chapter, New Orleans, Louisiana.- Chaired the Steering Committee for WTS which laid the formation of the very first WTS Chapter in New Orleans. - Accomplished at promoting young girls in STEM education through networking and providing scholarships.- Led very successful networking events like lunch & learns, seminars, galas, etc. and collaborated with many other organizations in the related industries. - Invited high-level professionals from related industries to speak at the networking events and instead of an honorarium, donations were made every time to a nonprofit organization of the Speaker’s choice.

Responsible for preparing Temporary Traffic Control Plans, Traffic Safety Analysis, and Traffic Signal Plans for key projects. - Interfaced between Covington Mayor, multiple stakeholders, and consultants to develop and execute various New Orleans Regional Planning Commission (NORPC) regional projects. - Coordinated with several public and private agencies for preparing proposals and bid documents for new projects.- Led traffic and crash analyses identifying & predicting points of conflict.

Consulted on several high-profile transportation and traffic projects involving Port Authority, City of Newark, Governor’s Island, and others. - Carefully conducted thorough analysis of current field conditions across projects and managed proposed changes to competition.

Assisted in research for Public Private Partnership (PPP) of Transit Projects, funded by NJDOT to help the state policymakers become familiar with its potential benefits and concerns. - Proposed an informed approach to enabling legislation, project analysis, selection, procurement and long-term contract management and oversight.

- Led a team of six members on a pilot project, ‘Local Area Plan’ funded by Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Managed the extensive four-phase project for a 0.5 million population by coordinating with major government agencies and ensured on-schedule delivery. - Worked with the Department Chair of BESU to write National Research Grant Proposals.

- Mentored, taught, guided slum kids aged 4- 12 who were deprived of any access to basic education. - Moral education, hygiene, meditation, and basic life skills were part of the core-curriculum. - Raised funds through networking which helped attract 85% more students within the first 3 months and grow resources up to 75% in the first 10 months. - Strategically grew the organization by not only building relationships with the local opposition groups but also developing and maintaining trust and understanding among the parents of the kids, local groups in power and the organization.
