1.Working closely with business leadership and management on HR strategy formulation and implementation to ensure that HR strategies and programs are in line business stratagies.2. 1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment:• Handling recruitment for IT Profiles like Server administrator, Lotus domino/exchange server engineer, software developers, ERP consultants, Database administrators.• Actively involved in recruitments of profiles ranges from Service Management to Business Development• Handled the recruitment process of Service Department in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad and Delhi offices.• Searching resumes in job portals like Naukri.com, and Monster.com as per the requirements of the Job Description. • Sourcing through different channels like Referencing, Networking, Job portals, Campus Placements and the existing Database.• Coordinating with various consultants for various vacancies depending upon the requirement.• Initial screening of the candidates on the basis of their profiles 2. Induction and Orientation:• Handling joining formalities and preparing induction program. • Organizing induction and orientation programs for the newly hired employees.• Introducing the new joinee to all the staff and the respective departments’ representative.3. Statutary Compliance – PF and ESIC• Maintaining all records related to legal compliances.• Looking after the statutory requirements of the organization like ESI compliance with their annual returns & challans. Have a fair idea of PF compliance too.• Organizes ESIC smart card camps for Smart Card preparation in Office Campus.5. Other HR Activities:• Making offer, appointment and confirmation Letters.• Preparing and maintaining the MIS reports to be delivered to all into senior management.• Handled Performance Management/Monthly appraisals and rewards disbursements.• Done Salary survey and Benchmarking for technical profiles. • Maintained MIS for recruitments and attrition and also for PF and ESIC.
