Duties and Responsibilities:- Reaching new clients and explaining about services offered and designing best virtual services model to suit their business needs- Understanding existing processes of Clients and suggesting proper model of offshore operations for suiting to their needs without changing their existing processes and methods.- Developing suitable job descriptions by considering all skillset requirements to ensure seamless delivery of Back Office services to the clients by experienced professionals- Releasing suitable job postings to hire expert resources to suit client offshore operations with FinacPlus, Hyderabad, India.- Hiring resources as per project plans, on boarding new employees, conducting training as per client’s operating procedures and setting up of regular operations and communication with client’s onshore management team- Continuous engagement of client’s onshore team, taking continuous feedback, implementing client’s guidelines and helping client’s business to grow with the help of low cost and highly effective offshore team with FinacPlus, Hyderabad, India.
