Oversees our entire internal fulfillment process from incoming orders to outgoing packages. Plays a critical role in visioning and shaping our internal processes to keep pace with our growth so that we don’t overwhelm ourselves and become our own worst enemy.

Develop and maintain personal relationships with all significant customers in these territories. Will see that major institutions and the providers that serve them are called on and relationships developed in an on-going and progressive manner. Provide focused support and direction for our independent sales representatives.

Manages the teams that perform the inside sales and administrative activities of Olympus Lock, Inc. in a manner that fulfills our mission and values, while supporting the optimization of sales. In addition, directs the production of our products.

As Olympus Lock Inside Sales Lead and Production Manager my job is to develop and manage the inside sales and production department people, systems, and processes necessary to fulfill Olympus Lock, Inc.'s mission of being the leading manufacturer of pin tumbler cabinet locks in North America.- Directly supervises Olympus Lock's inside sales employees.- Directly or through the production department lead, supervises the Olympus Lock production department.- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.- Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; the appraising of performance and the discipline of employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.- Leads the team that advances the administrative activities of Olympus Lock, Inc. as well as the sales of Olympus Lock, Inc. products.- Works with VP of Sales and Independent Sales Representatives to support their in the-field sales efforts and increase sales. - Manages our production team to insure that jobs are being completed at a level that matches our standard of being the industry leader. Insures that the team is well trained, motivated, and functioning in a positive environment.
