S well as the music THANG, i have just begun the process of starting a nonprofit community outreach group entitled "Project Wake Up Call". The goal of "PROJECT: WAKE UP CALL" is to without hesitation address the REAL life problems of those in need. Now when we talk about people in need, I'm not just talking about those who need food, or the homeless. I'm talking on an every level possible scale. We not only WANT to, but WILL implement and team up with other orginazations to help fed the hungry, raise money for battered women/men shelters. We will partner up with churches, temples and other religious entities, gay/straight alliance groups, artists, and a vast amount of social change groups and show that, though we may be a different religion, race, of preference, we are all HUMANS! We will go into the community united with vision of teamwork. We will engage in activities such as and simular to Habbitat For Humanity", City/Town clean ups. We will partner up with hospitals, doctors, and other health care profesisonals to throw community and stae wide events for various illnes and disease awarness fundraisers, i.e. sickle cell, breast cancer, chrohms disease, autisim, etc. We will also have random Banquets, Parties, and other fun outings, for various youth age ranges, senior citizens, adults, couples, singles, and much more. That is just the tip of iceberg in what we are striving to, and WILL accomplish here at" Project Wake Up Call"Our goal is to give WHATEVER we can to those who are in need. Here at "Project Wake Up Call" our whole mindset, and mentality we teach and domonstrate through our own actions will say that we GET to GIVE!!!! SHARPNOTEZ L.L.C. being formed two years back by, Rashon A. Sharp, he had a vision of bringing the music and community together for good causes.
