- Assist the Lead Designer to create wedding gowns that meet the brand aesthetic and standards- Trend and Market research- Assist with fittings to facilitate the reproduction of samples- Ordering and receiving beadings and fabrics for design department- Create style techpacks, design templates and artworks- Documenting fabrics and beading samples for bridal collections every season- Manage/ Create collection style boards in sync with NY team- Oversee packing and shipping of collection gowns before the main show- Coordinate new season styles with production department- Assist with production related design approvals and issues- Assist design team with training new hires for growth of design department- Contacting suppliers and beaders for new collection swatches every season

- Designing seasonal collections in line with the brand's aesthetic- Adhere to design calendar deadlines- Developing prints and graphics for the range- Managing the entire design process, from initial market research to mood board creation to sketching/designing to delivering the final product- Uploading and creating tech packs on PLM/Hyperloop for the season.- Overseeing technical designing of products from concept to factory including fabric and trim selection, meeting and selecting vendors, etc.- Assisting the brand team with developing and implementing marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability- Timely collaboration with store managers to develop strategies for achieving sales and profit goals.

- Creating/visualizing an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD);- Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes- Planning and developing the whole range- Working with others in the design team, such as buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet a brief- Liaising closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure the item suits the customer, market and price points- Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e giving technical specifications for designs- Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments- Supervising the creation of styles, including fitting, detailing and adaptations- Reviewing design performance based on sale records

- Designing for women's wear Private Label (Western & Fusion) which includes : Trend forecast, creating designs as per inspirations, fabric and trim sourcing, sample development, preparing tech packs, reviewing the design performance based on sales record.- Key responsibilities as a Stylist:-- Picking clothing and accessories for editorial features and advertisements- Working with designers, tailors, models,photographers,hair and makeup artists,retailers,members of media and publicists- Researching fabrics, clothing construction and fashion accessories- Keeping up with different designer labels and fashion designers- Attending fashion shows- Predicting and spotting fashion trends- Building professional networks
