As a certified marriage coach, I use Gottman Method techniques to educate and support couples as they learn how to resolve conflicts in a healthy manner, learn how to communicate better, and develop a deeper understanding of not only yourself, but also their partner. I also use PREPARE/ENRICH assessment in my premarital counseling work.

I established therapeutic relationships with clients during independent therapy sessions to promote stabilization of mental health. I conducted thorough diagnostic assessments to identify root causes of issues affecting client(s) and developed treatment plans that would mitigate those challenges, while achieving individualized goals.

Trained and developed small group leaders and coaches to strengthen their spiritual relationships, build community, and support the mission of Hope City Church - Cornerstone. Administratively managed the enrollment and on-going maintenance of the small group directory and membership databases.

Cultivated an environment where couples and marriages improved their relationships with each other and with God. Managed the leadership team, oversaw the execution of the annual ministry's plan, developed new leaders within the membership, and recruited new members to expand the reach of the ministry and church.
