• Supervise operational processes to ensure all clients’ requirements are consistently met and up to date• Lead and support the team in their involvement in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service• Ensure productivity, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met• Lead root cause analysis of any inventory variances and authorize appropriate inventory adjustments• Conduct records audit of inventory, adjustments • Manage, coach and develop a team consisting of Team Leaders.• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced and upheld by all team members• Responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and fair work environment for all team members• Educate staff in the organization on good quality practices and quality improvement• Promote, and participate in health & safety initiatives and compliance• Manage scope of responsibility through assigning and scheduling resources, monitoring deliverables and adjusting approach when required• Ensure processes & changes are effectively deployed to maintain continuous performance and client satisfaction

• Supervise crew members on day-to-day operations, while taking necessary steps to meet customer needs and effectively resolving any issues • Enforcing and training employees on all institutional policies, rules, procedures and regulations• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of the store, equipment and work surfaces to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices• Assist in monthly inventory and weekly stock ordering, while keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock• Assisting crew members during rush periods

• Preparing estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products and materials• Setup project from estimate and then closing out project after the completion of projects on Packmanager• Create labels and client approvals for production• Assist in Inventory cycles • Creating and getting approvals for first-off samples• Issue and handle invoices• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates

• Estimate and prepare quotes and assembly• Supervise and train quality personnel and processes• Work with the production team to ensure proper operations and procedures• Work in root cause analysis investigations for quality department failures• Assist in quality edits and internal/external quality system audits• Provide GMP training to all new hires and plant employees.• Make preproduction sample and get approval from customers• Co-packing, inspection and checking the accuracy of all products
