Volkswagen / SKODA Project:• Handle product queries for SEAT/CUPRA/SKODA German clients.• Respond to emails in German from customers and resolve issues.• Utilized VoIP software to communicate with customers.• Handle calls from German speaking customers based out of Germany,Austria and Switzerland.Environment: Salesforce

Cash Operations:• Handle German Corporate accounts for Large-cap, Mid-cap and Small- cappayments.• Settle overdraft transactions of mid and large value accounts withinassigned currencies cut-off time.• Handle special requests of cross border payments.• Check and verify money market in case of overdraft ofpayment through Forex (FX) Trade.• Receive and respond to queries in German to regional managers inGermany via email or call.• Adhere to 4 eye checks as per laid procedures and SLA's.• Update SOP's and process tracker about any changes andprocess improvement.Asset Wealth Management:• Prepare portfolio reports in German language depending onfrequency - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.• Work jointly with performance and reconciliation team tocomplete reports in time.• Prepare process flowcharts, publish newsletters and updatepresentations on request.• Responsible for error management, huddle and process update calls toefficiently manage team.• Responsible for process improvements by performing KOPreviews on regular interval.Environment: Bloomberg terminal, Pitch book, NOSS,MS-Excel, MS-Power Point and MS-Viso.
