I am currently working with a Food Tech company adding value to plant-based meat and dairy alternatives. My role involves crafting diverse applications to demonstrate Nourish Technology, develop prototypes in line with customer briefs, technical support to sales team, independently lead application projects from concept to commercialization and keep myself abreast with recent market trends.At JRS, I dealt with application development and technical sales of food ingredients such as hydrocolloids, dietary fibers and functional blends.
