Current- Preparing conceptual and schematic design proposals for MEP services for buildings - Compliance of MEP systems with relevant building codes, regulations and industry standards - Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with the overall building design - Design and implement energy management strategies, renewable energy solutions, and green building technologies to optimize building performance and reduce environmental impact - Design and preparation of detailed mechanical and electrical drawings for pre tender stage - Preparation of tender specifications and drawings - Post tender stage technical evaluations - Reviewing shop drawings and contractor’s method statements - Attending weekly progress review meetings to monitor the progress and resolving technical issues arising at site
