-Well head of BGPP (Boysun Gas Processing Plant), sulfur recovery area, underground drain lines, flare lines design in Intergraph Smartplant 3D. -Equipments, nozzles, equipments skids, pums design (as per data sheet) and location as per plot plan and their connections as per pipe standard.-Adding pipe supports (as per support standard and plot plan).-Preparing GAD (General Arrangement), final MTO, desing isometrics.-Preparing 3D model to cıient rewiev.-M-25 Field Development and Construction of Boysun Gas Processing Plant (BGPP) Project.-Designing in the Intergraph SmartPlant 3D software package (including adding, if necessary, the corresponding element attributes, performing collision checks, linking with other parts of the project and correct construction) under the supervision of the section head. -Executioning of design work within the time limits specified by the schedules or by the order of the section head. -Ensuring the execution of work in accordance with cost, safety, schedule, and technical goals and being accountable for accuracy, estimates and forecasts, preparing status reports, schedule and risk evaluations, and impact studies. -Drawing up specifications for pipelines, products and materials.-Engineering calculations of pipeline systems. -Making changes to previously released documentation. -Preparng MTO as per 3D model final reweiv.-Taking part in the implementation of architectural supervision of the construction of designed objects. -Providing technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.-Extarcting equipments, pipe racks, buildings, General Arrangement Diagram drawing from 3D model and preparing GAD drawings.

-Planning, Execution, Control and Supervision of all activities like Pneumatic testing, Hydro testing, Watering, Dewatering, pressurizing, depressurizing etc. of pipeline of different material like, SS, CS (Corrosion resistance alloy lined/cladded inside), LTCS, Nickel alloy and GRE carrying hydrocarbon at high pressure range, in compliance with Project specification, International codes and Project HSE plan.-Attending/generating punch points as a part of mechanical completion activities. Confirm there are no category A punch list items.-Monitor work permit issuances and check strict implementation of all safety requirements during testing & pre-commissioning works.-Confirm all valves are set to the pre-test position shown in the system P&ID limits.-Isolation Hand Valves have been set in positions specified by the checklist prior to the test.-Check pipeline hangers and supports for any damages and possibility for movement on sliding supports.-All necessary blinds have been installed as per isolation plan. Confirm all spectacle blinds and temporary commissioning spades are in the pre-test position shown in the system P&ID limits.-Ensure direction and location of check valves do not interfere with pressuring or depressing the system.-Doing line walk and final inspection in preparation for testing.-Execution and inspection on hydro-test, pneumatic test and leak test.-Check flange connections for leaks, if leaks are found, bleed off pressure, repair the leaks, and build up pressure again.-Reinstall package and submit to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.-Conduct tightness test on each line system and verify the occurrence of leaks. Supervise the work prior to mechanical completion, assisted by commissioning support group.
