• Prospecting and identifying potential tenants for vacant properties.• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract tenants.• Handling Anti Money Laundering and compliance such customer screening, keeping records, etc.• Maintaining a database of available properties and their rental status.• Prepare all real estate related form (Forms A, B, I and F)• Handling tenant inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing maintenance issues.• Prepare lease agreement contract and addendum as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.• Informing Finance Dept. about expected tenant’s payment transfer, confirm payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports in an accurate and timely manner.• Maintaining and monitoring marketing campaigns on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder advertisement.• Edit property pictures for listing.• Obtaining the Trakheesi portal for all advertisements.• Responsible for move out process of non-renewal & early termination lease agreement.• Send monthly renewal / non-renewal notices.• Verifying the cheque and tenant’s information after receiving the bounced cheque.• Renewing Broker Card and Trade License certificate. • Follow-up on the documents i.e. police letters, legal notices.• Ensuring all lease contract information is accurately encoded in SAP system, including all new leases, renewals, terminations.• Responsible for inputting of all lease contracts in Ejari portal.
