Core Responsibilities:• As Industry Specialist in Oil and Gas business unit of TM Enterprise (TME) advising on sales and pre-sales strategies targeting oil and gas customers. • This is include provide Solution Consultation and Enterprise Architecture solution for various Enterprise customers.• Develop strategic technical proposal for oil and gas upstream PSC operators which include communication infrastructure, servers and storage services.• Supporting the Sales account management team and provide internal consultation on developing strategic business opportunity surrounding Petronas, Offshore operators (PSCs) and other O&G service contractors.• Plan, Develop and strategize oil and gas industry vertical solutions which include offshore communications, specific equipment for hazardous areas, ICT infrastructure and cloud services. • Engagement with Malaysian Petroleum Management, PETRONAS C-Level and PSCs decision makers to promote High Speed Offshore Network and Cloud Services, a new initiative to fiberize all offshore platforms in Malaysia. • Participated in multiple CORAL 2.0 workshops organized by PETRONAS on cost reduction initiatives during the oil price crisis.• Crafted integrated ICT technical solution which involve OPEX optimization and CAPEX reduction to all Enterprise customers including PSC (PETRONAS, KPOC, SK Energy, ExxonMobil and SHELL.)

Project completed on time of 6 months and with 20% savings from original budget. •Co-managed ongoing Oracle ERP project Phase 2 – Warehouse, Inventory and Project module due for completion November 2010.•Developed ERP systems criteria for E-procurement, Plant Maintenance Systems, HSE and HRMS systems.•Established Group IT policies, standard operating procedures, IT workflows and IT procurement guidelines in the first 6 months.•Reduced IT operating expenses by 50% for all vessel operations.

Ahn (Ex-President of Hyundai Heavy Industries)•Oversee the IT operations for the whole Group including fabrication and offshore support business located at KL, Kemaman and Teluk Ramunia.•Spearheading the IT department (15 staff), which include IT strategic planning, business process improvement and overall group IT operations.•Responsible for IT financials and procurement for group companies.Achievements•Implemented group enterprise systems – CostTrack Project Cost Control system, Warehouse Inventory system, Email Messaging system, Corporate Portal, Management E-Reporting and HR Management system.•Lead the ERP project steering committees and developed ERP criteria on SAP FI/CO, PS and HR for Ramunia Group.•Established Group IT policies, standard operating procedures, IT workflows and IT procurement guidelines.•Implemented enterprise network infrastructure upgrade for all sites and main offices within 3months time and within budget.•Established IT infrastructure blueprint for Ramunia new 6 storey HQ building in Pengerang.•Cost reduction on office application licensing through Enterprise Agreement and Software assurance with Microsoft.•Reduced IT capital expenditure by adopting IT leasing program.
