In this role, I commanded service management and operations for EUROCONTROL, the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation, and National Air Traffic Authorities. I supported over 100 remote locations across Europe and adjacent countries, managing complex WAN, LAN, Desktop, and operational Air Traffic Control messaging operations. Additionally, I introduced voice services for operational Air Traffic Control, designed and developed a joint collaboration platform between the three organizations, and oversaw budget planning, execution, and control.Earlier in my career, I held multiple roles at SITA in Eschborn, Germany, including Transition & Project Manager. I played a pivotal role in evolving regional and national Service Desks into Global Support Centres while leading global Technical User Groups. My journey in service management began from scratch after studying Economics and Business Administration.
