Through a concerted effort a seven-fold profit increase was achieved (SEK 2.7 million and a profit margin 12.15%) and a 22% increase in sales to SEK 24 million. During my time as CEO, the company was twice appointed to DI Gasell, the first time ranked 30 out of 900 companies.- Implemented an organizational change program for the entire organization and all services that resulted in customers and consultants having their own contact persons and a structured way of working for increased customer and consultancy satisfaction.- Ensured well-ordered wage work and correct labor law and collective agreement-based HR work on three different collective agreements as well as coached consulting managers in their work, which resulted in 92.7% of the consultants responding that take pleasure in working for the company. - Led a change process that resulted in a GDPR-adapted organization.- Took charge of implementing a quality and environmental program and processes that resulted in ISO certification for quality and environment.- Responsible for ongoing financial administration, which rewarded us with Credit rating AA, which less than 10% of all companies in Sweden succeed.
