As the President of the Young Shareholders’ association, I’m constantly looking for new opportunities and new ways of improving my skills and knowledge. I’m truly dedicated to the organization.During the first half of 2021, we reached an important milestone. In comparison with the same period in 2020, we had increased the number of events from 6 to 18, an increase of as much as 200%! Thanks to our efforts, we were awarded the prize for this year's education department!

Young Shareholders’ association is an organization for people up to 29 years old who are interested in savings, investments, and the economy. The primary goal is to help and encourage young people to make successful investments. The association provides a platform where the members can enrich their network and gain knowledge about the financial world.I joined the Young Shareholders Association with the desire to inspire and enable young people to fulfill their dreams. Because when it comes to dreams, they almost certainly have some connection to money. Therefore, I have held lectures for quite a few schools, with the hopes of inspiring students to make a similar investment journey to the one I have made. Our local department in Halmstad received the internal reward ”event of the year”.My main responsibilities as Vice President include:- To lead the board- To have the main responsibility of the board’s work collectively with the president- Lecturing- Planning and hosting events and activities- Managing the recruitment process- Looking for sponsorships- Making strategic marketing and business decisions- Managing social media marketing

In my role as a Private Advisor at Länsförsäkringar Falkenberg, my primary responsibilities included:• Facilitating the sale of private financial products offered by the company, spanning savings, payments, lending, and insurance.• Providing comprehensive assistance to private clients, addressing their needs through proactive and reactive engagement in alignment with established goals.• Delivering attentive customer service to ensure client satisfaction.• Staying abreast of pertinent information disseminated through regular internal meetings, county channels, and other relevant sources, and integrating this knowledge into daily operations.• Adhering to regulatory requirements by meticulously documenting transactions and conducting necessary customer due diligence.• Cultivating collaborative relationships with Länsförsäkringar Fastighetsföremedling to foster synergy and mutual support.

When I moved from part-time to full-time, I was given greater responsibilities, more authority but also authority. I got the chance to push the sustainability issue and push through some side projects.

I worked part-time in the back office for almost a year. The role involved structured work with high accuracy and efficiency. It was me and one other full-time employee who were responsible for the Back Office.Relatively early on, I was given sole responsibility for some specific bookings for customers as well as all incoming corporate actions.

As elected accountant I was responsible for reviewing receipts and, after the board's year of operation, making a report on the association's accounts. I was also responsible for making a statement about the association's year of operation and whether I considered that the annual general meeting would grant the board discharge from liability.

Akavia is a trade union and interest organization in Sweden that organizes economists, lawyers, social scientists, IT academics, human resources scientists, communicators and managers. Akavia was formed on 1 January 2020 by merging Jusek and Civilekonomerna. The name stands for "the academic path".Akavia currently has 130,000 members, of which approximately 30,000 are student members.I and four others had the honor, through 20+ interviews, jointly appoint a board for the student committee. The student committee we have elected is to represent Akavia’s student members internally within the association but also externally to other actors.

For about a year I was a student representative at Civilekonomerna. My goal was to improve my sales techniques and to master the art of speaking.In my role as student marketer for Civilekonomerna, I have:- Planned and executed corporate events and activities- Stood at trade fairs- Recruited new members- Developed strategic marketing and business decisions- Marketed and made presentations for smaller classes (30-50 people) and larger classes (200 people).I believe that I have found success in this role because of how much better I've gotten for each of the responsibilities I had. Alongside all the lectures, I've held at the Young Shareholders’ association I have increased my capability of speaking in public appearances.

In this role I was responsibe for hepling both the customers of Swedbank as well as Sparbankerna. Besides that, the primary tasks were almost identical to the ones I had before. The only major difference was that demands were higher and it was more important to be service-minded and to be able to solve the customers problem.

Swedbank AB is a Swedish bank with operations in their Nordic and Baltic countries with around 7,3 million private customers and around 546 000 corporate customers. I was employed at Swedbank as a customer service agent for about one year before I advanced to another role.I enjoyed working at Swedbank and I always pushed myself to reach my everyday goals! My main tasks included:- Guiding customers through telephone- Selling cards, services and bundles that would benefit the end customer- Being responsible for providing a reliable KYC and making sure that the bank follows the laws and regulations concerning AML

I were employed at Nolato Gota AB as a production operator for about 2 months and my primary tasks included:- Inspecting products- Packaging products- Delivering products via forklift- Start up and shut down production lines- Solve error signals with the ABB robotsThese 2 months have given me great knowledge about the technology behind the ABB robots and the production lines.
