Manager of (23 to 14) employés in the Test DepartmentTasks and responsibilities: All the Test / QA department's work areas• Regression on existing functionality / secure operation• Integrations with 3rd party (SAP, Nets, credit etc.)• New features• Projects• Validation of defects• Support for process department on work instructions on new functionality• Support for the operation team / clarification of errors in production• Operation of test environments• Sparring with business owners in relation to test needs / methods• Daily KPI meetings with our Ukrainian (FE) and Chinese (BE) developers• Assessment of resource needs for larger projects• Monthly follow ups with employees as well as monthly team meetings• Sparring / consulting with the HR partner regarding Personnel / employee matters• Training of employees and recruitment of new candidates for when needed• Continuous optimization of procedures, work flows and employee competencies• Preparation of strategy for department / team

Daily management of the “CRM Test Team”Tasks and responsibilities:• Ensure that KPIs / test deadlines are met• Testing of new functionality for the weekly CRM deliveries• Creation / execution of regression Test suites for the weekly CRM deliveries• Presentation of test results for Release Management before release forproduction• Daily management of the team, monthly 1: 1 interviews / evaluation and teammeetings
