Mainly managing Danske Bank's legacy systems. My job is to keep business side happy and to make sure they have their tools working all the time. If some fixes are to be made or business side suggests some improvements, then I'm the main mediator between business side and IT developers. Meaning that I have to understand both sides - business and IT. Before closing the branch I was handing over my knowledge to Danske Bank IT unit in India. Before that I was responsible for the the whole client database, but then all the data migrated to one single Baltic instance. During the migration period I was part of the migration team. Making sure data was correctly mapped, all the data was transferred and was valid.

Working with mySQL database to find bugs in the system and helping clients to fix their problems.

Managing Oracle databases and systems in our projects. Writing SQL queries for other system users and developers. Jira administrator - creating new projects, managaing users and permissons. IFS superuser and administrator. Integration between our database and our clients database. Testing new development releases, reporting bugs and new tasks to developers. I worked in the project where Ericsson installed remotely readable readers all over Estonia. Meaning that I had to work through a lot of data - all that is related to every electrical meter, logistics, cutomers.

Monitoring EMT mobile network and services. Forwarding service calls with problems to the right people.
