I have a masculity-approach to talking about and solving gendered issues affecting boys and men in Denmark. Old-fashioned and narrow ideas of what it means to be a "real" man have a huge impact on the wellbeing of boys and men (and their surroundings) in numerous ways, and I try to do my part to initiate that conversation. I also work with democracy and dialogue surrounding topics of gender, equality and feminism, as it is crucial that we properly invite boys and men to the discussion about the structural issues that affect them too.
