Accountable for IT services delivered to YouSee (Nuuday) Application and Infrastructure Services Management, End User Services and Security Services.Primary responsibilities consists of:• Be overall responsible toward the business for delivery – providing reliable services, meeting SLA’s and that projects are meeting milestones towards the business. • Build relationships with key stakeholders from business lines – positioning IT Operations as the trusted IT Partner for the business. • Monitor performance of agreed services, actively drive and monitor P1 and P0 incidents impacting stakeholders. (Key is operational stability by meeting SLA/KPI-targets and to drive improvements initiatives.)• Bring innovation in the service to always meet the business line’s changing business requirements. (CSI)• Responsible for prioritization with business line and consumptions of services including control of financial development together with outsourcing partner. • Be in close dialogue with business lines on critical issues and potential areas of improvement in delivery from outsourcing partner including measuring and managing the business line’s satisfaction levels.• Align service portfolio & catalogue with business needs.• Keep close collaboration with Service Managers on new projects / change requests.
