Worked as project controller and internal consultant in the Pharma department.With close contact to the department manager and various project managers in the Pharma and large project departments.Helped with hiring, training and network of student assistants for project administration in the Buildings division.Project controller for the largest and best earning Pharma project with a revenue of +110m dkkOptimizing resource planning in the department, making it one of the best performing. This was adopted and used by several other departments.Making reporting standards and alignment towards the clients.
