I am interested in almost every new IT technology, keeping up with the newest discoveries and trends are both fun and educational. You can learn from new technologies, and new discoveries can make you think how else can we develop this area?Another area of expertise and interest is the work of projects and project leaders. It is both inspiring and interesting talking with project managers, leaders and people involved in projects to discover what is new in the area, and what they think is "best" practice. There are no best way of doing project management in my opinion, but striving to make your employees happier, more engaged and productive and how to do so is very interesting in my mind
