After finishing the upper secondary school, I went to Copenhagen Business School where I studied accounting and business administration (HD(R)). I started working at BDO when I moved to Herning in 2007 and completed my audit and accounting education at the end of 2009. I graduated as a bachelor in 2010 and started immediately at the master programme in Business Economics and Auditing which I finished in April 2013. In 2017 I passed the state authorised public accountant (SPA) examI have been on a secondment in London from February till June 2013 working with auditing in the Financial Services sector and on another secondment in Hamilton, New Zealand, from July to November 2013In 2013 I moved to Copenhagen and I was working as audit manager at Deloitte - mostly with Mid-Market and private equity clientsIn 2018 after finishing my SPA, me and my family decided to move to Jutland where I work at Beierholm in Haderslev. Beierholm is one of the leading audit and accounting firms in Denmark within small and medium size entitiesIn my spare time I’m a glider pilot and I have been flying on the Danish National Team since 2001. I became World Champion in 2018Besides auditing and gliding I’m a composer, clarinet player and conductor and have been conducting several local marching and show bands in Denmark. Leading and conducting the orchestras gives me great knowledge on leadership and music is an excellent supplement to auditing and accounting. When I was in London I played solo clarinet in London Wind Orchestra and in New Zealand I have been playing solo clarinet at Waikato Symphony Orchestra. In Copenhagen I was playing 1st clarinet at The Danish Concert Band, RødovreI consider myself very ambitious, positive and eager to develop my professional as well as my personal skills. The secondment to London and New Zealand has developed me enormously and moved my audit knowledge, confidence and language skills to a new level.
