As Head of Change in Finance Foundations it is my responsibility to ensure that the tools we build for our Finance and Risk teams enables them on Saxo’s ambitious growth Journey. Ensuring that we build user-friendly, scalable & reliable solutions that allows us to be the proactive sparing partners needed in a super ambitious global fin-tech company.During my time in Saxo Bank I have been blessed to works with great teams buildings cool stuff. Some of the highlights have been the Data Workbench, Saxo Liquidity & Cash Manager (Project SLIC), The Accounting Hub and Project Snowfall (our next gen cloud DWh). I am a servant leader. My goal is to help teams to learn, grow and be successful. Sometimes that means I act as Project Manager, sometimes as Product Owner. Sometimes as Product Manager, sometimes as Scrum Master. Sometimes as Business Analyst. Sometimes as Solution Designer. Sometimes as Coach. Sometimes as Economist. Sometimes as Subject Matter Expert. But mostly, I am a facilitator and sparring partner.
