Network ArchitectProact It Sweden Sep 2021 - Feb 2023Solna, Stockholm County, SeI was brought into the company at a time of chaos when multiple legacy production platforms (many of them were custom built for each customer) were to be moved to a new shared platform based on VMware NSX-t. With my background from standardized solutions and automation I had a big challenge to change the mind-set of my colleagues from "custom build everything" to "standardize everything".I created standards and workflows for ordering of a range of network solutions and collaborated on this workflow between multiple offices in Sweden and Germany. Lead times on orders went down from months to a couple of days which eased the migrations to NSX-t. -

During this era we were the first company to provide iPhone streaming in the Nordics when we launched it for the Olympics 2010 and looking back today it was simply amazing to be part of the group that made mobile streaming a thing in Sweden, which nowadays is such an ordinary thing in, pretty much, every persons life.
