As a Management Consultant in PwC's Operations Consulting team, I have played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering impactful solutions for clients in the Manufacturing and Engineering practice. Leveraging my expertise, I have assisted clients in achieving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and implementing sustainable improvements.

Contributed to a collaborative project with Danish Crown, leveraging manufacturing simulation software to analyse the production lines and identify bottlenecks. Conducted research, analysed data, and proposed effective insights to enhance efficiency and optimise operations. Through the project I gained valuable experience in project management and applied simulation technology within the food processing industry.

As a Student Assistant in the BPI department at Alumeco, I played a pivotal role in implementing Lean principles throughout the organisation while also conducting data analytics to analyse the logistics footprint and activities.In addition to creating and maintaining kaizen boards for daily meetings, I leveraged my skills in data analytics to assess the logistics operations and identify areas for improvement. By analysing the logistics footprint and activities, I provided valuable insights to drive efficiency and optimize processes.Furthermore, I actively participated in meetings and supported employees in executing the PDCA cycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.During my tenure, I also wrote and translated various documents pertaining to Lean tools and kaizen boards, ensuring effective communication and understanding among team members.This experience equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of Lean methodologies, data analysis, and process optimization, enabling me to contribute to organizational success through continuous improvement initiatives.

During my engineering internship at Alumeco, I had the opportunity to work in the Shipping department for a duration of 5 months. This hands-on experience allowed me to analyze and address various challenges while proposing effective solutions. My tasks included:• Value Stream Mapping (VSM)• 5 Whys analysis• Best practice design• Optimised layout implementation• Update KPIs using data from SAP• Analyse large datasets in Excel• Supplier conctact and testing new equipment

As an instructor, I supported the education of 75 students in ERP and Excel as part of the Global Management and Manufacturing (GMM2) diploma engineering program. My responsibilities included answering questions related to assignments in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and creating teaching materials for Excel lessons. I facilitated a dynamic learning environment, assisting students in understanding and utilizing ERP systems effectively while also helping them develop advanced Excel skills.

As a Teaching Assistant, I was responsible for preparing and delivering two lessons in the subject of Basic Automation for 5th-semester engineering students at SDU (University of Southern Denmark). The lessons took place in SDU's state-of-the-art Industri 4.0 lab, with a specific focus on teaching about robots from Universal Robots (UR) and Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR). I facilitated hands-on learning experiences, providing students with practical knowledge and skills in the field of automation.

As a Carver at Restaurant Flammen, a Danish family-owned business with multiple locations, I thrived in a fast-paced environment. Interacting directly with guests, I maintained composure and provided exceptional service. I also played a key role in training new team members, both at the Odense restaurant and during the opening of new locations. Additionally, I took on additional roles including Kitchen Manager when needed.

As an Operations Assistant at Bovil, a Danish company specialising in plastic processing, I was involved in various tasks related to operations and maintenance. This included operating different types of CNC machines on the shop floor. I contributed to the efficient and reliable production by demonstrating dedication and precision in my work.
