As a Student Assistant in the BPI department at Alumeco, I played a pivotal role in implementing Lean principles throughout the organisation while also conducting data analytics to analyse the logistics footprint and activities.In addition to creating and maintaining kaizen boards for daily meetings, I leveraged my skills in data analytics to assess the logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
