I served as special advisor to Jakob Ellemann-Jensen and later to Troels Lund Poulsen during the period when he was acting Minister of Defense (February 2023-July 2023). I provided counseling on political, strategic, and leadership matters to ensure the best possible performance of the minister in performing his duties as Minister of Defense, party chairman, and member of the government's leadership.

As special advisor I undertook an informal leadership role in Venstre's secretariat at Christiansborg with extensive connections to the parliamentary group, other political parties at Christiansborg, stakeholders, and the media. I played a key role as a day to day sparring partner for the chairman of Venstre in matters of leadership, strategy and crisis management during a difficult and complicated time for Venstre. I also managed the chairman’s front office on a daily basis with four staff members in total.

I advised major companies and organizations in Denmark on strategic communication, PR, CEO branding, crisis management and public affairs. As senior advisor I also managed several of Radius' client teams and maintained relationships with clients.

I onboarded a new minister without prior political experience. This involved the development of a political project and brand, as well as a communication strategy for Tommy Ahlers. Together we successfully created a clear narrative about the minister's priorities and achieved significant political results, including a major reform of higher education. I also helped develop and manage Tommy Ahlers' election campaign for Parliament in June 2019, resulting in the fifth-highest number of personal votes nationwide.

I was head of Danish Shipping’s communication unit, which develops and executes communication strategy, core messages and campaigns in close collaboration with Danish Shipping’s member companies. In this capacity, I served as communications advisor to senior management. I was also been responsible for the rebranding of Danish Shipping, and I was closely involved in the development of Danish Shipping's strategy for the years 2018-2021.

I developed and executed strategies for government outreach on issues related to commercial policy, taxation and EU-regulation.

I was head of a political secretariat aiding and advising the following MPs at the Danish Parliament - Søren Pind, Lykke Friis, Peter Christensen, Karen Ellemann, Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, Finn Thranum and Martin Geertsen.
