Experience in ERP Business solution systems within the area of HR. Especially SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, which is both my past and present experience. I both contribute with IT- and HR knowledge but also with great communication skills and the understanding of businesses in general. Having worked in a global organization makes me able to understand and help companies from a consulting perspective. I present SuccessFactors in an easy-to-understand way helping organizations develop their IT and HR departments. As a person I am outgoing and driven by dynamic working environments.
