Working for DONG Energy at Avedore Power Station as Sub Project Manager in the Bioconversion Project. Responsible for optimisation of the wood pellet conveyor systems from the quay over the storage siloes to the boiler houses. Including a new Wood pellet sampling system, several aspiration filters and belt tensioning systems. Goal of the project was to increase the current capacity on Wood pellets and to minimize dust emissions.Work tasks included coordination between disciplines, timescheduling, budgetting, supplier handling and reporting.

Responsible for 3-5 engineers developing the Pyroneer, REnescience and Inbicon technologies.- Member of Technical Leader Group- Identification of new tasks, prioritization, delegation and follow-up- Motivation of team, planning and facilitation of department meetings- Development and follow-up on R&D Strategies

Responsible for technical upscaling and optimisation of the Pyroneer gasificastion technology for biomass and waste based on fluid bed technology. Budget 90 Mkr.- Budgets and administration of public PSO support- Time schedules and coordination of tasks- Project Risc Management and focus allocation- Handling of 5 external project partners and other stakeholders

Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of the Pyroneer demonstration plant.- Operation planning and manning- Budgets for operation and maintenance tasks- Optimization of operation and plant performance- Contracting of fuel, auxiliaries, rebuilds and spare parts- Permits and Safety

Responsible for construction of mechanical part of the 6MW Pyroneer demonstration plant at Asnaes Power Station incl. fuel storage and handling, ash handling, steel reactors with ceramic lining, blowers etc.- Tendering (Technical specifications, warranties and evaluation)- Development of technical solutions and negotiations with suppliers- Contracts and Budgets- Installation of equipment and follow-up on quality- Safety focus all the way from first contact with suppliers over installation of equipment to long term operation

Responsible for design, budget and timeschedule in the analysis phase for a 6MW Pyroneer demonstration plant. Budget 6Mkr.- Handling of a complex project with many disciplines and stakeholders- Coordination of input from many internal and external experts- Administration of public PSO support (application, follow-up and reporting)
