With a MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law I had been working on analysing and solving the economic and legal problems that companies encounter in an increasing global competition and the ever-increasing demands from Danish legislation and the EU. I have gained these skills through a unique integration of the subjects: Commercial Economics and Commercial Law. During my studies I'd experienced a progressive, internationally oriented work method, which consists of a combination of law and the company’s other management tools. The study is a postgraduate degree after mine BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law, but it gives me a greater degree of choices. Furthermore, it had given me a good opportunity to specialise within one or more subject areas of my own choices.

It was a process where I got a great insight into a hotel's operation and a job where each day was different.

As a sergeant I had the responsibility of a platoon sized group of 10-30 men. The purpose of this was to train these privates into soldiers. The traing took place under stressful and harsh enviroments, meanwhile trying to make people perform at their best at their worst

As a sergeant trainee, you should be able to act as leader for an organizational infantry group of 6 men. To do this you should have personal skills in the material and equipment found in a group and should lead the group during the insertion to solve various tasks.The education includes, for example.:Firearms Training with guns, light support weapons, anti-tank weapons and heavy machine gun. Training on group equipment, including radios, night observation material and much more.Tactics on group and division level.Group standard formations, struggle from a position of combat in urban or woods areas.Moreover, I had to teach others in the military profession, primarily in military disciplines. Training includes both a theoretical part as a practical part. During the education I had to, as a leader, to conduct a number of lessons for my colleagues with a subsequent evaluation by teachers. Upon completion of the education I got a certificate of my education, which is equivalent to "Education, adult basic education teaching. "In addition, you had to manage subordinate personnel in their daily lives as well as during battle. You get educated in a number of tools you could use. Also I got the opportunity to test these during training, since Sergeant trainees alternately get command over the rest of the division in solving different tasks. The education is primarily theoretical but relevant subjects taken during the practical training.Moreover, you should be able to advise subordinate personnel on issues that relate to service in defense. Therefore there will be a number of lessons about service conditions such as military security regulations, the military penal code, work when working with hazardous substances and more.Since you as a Sergeant in spe, you had to be at the front of your unit. It implies that I had to be in good physical condition and be physically robust. Therefore, the study also include physical training and theory of physical education.

I had as Spokesperson the Army Sergeant School the honor and privilege to be a voice for all trainees, including sergeant trainees, reserve officers and cadets.It was a job where I had daily contact with many senior officers including the head of school.In connection with the duties of Spokesman, I had the pleasure to discuss conditions for conscripts in Denmark with the former Chief of Defence General in the Air Force Christian White in two man teams.

I had as a gunner on the M113 A2 US / PNMK M/92 an exciting time where I learned precision and speed, but also thoroughness.Moreover, the existence of the basic training while I was a private conscript.Basic training also aims to give you an understanding of the individual soldier's participation in military missions, including peacekeeping / peacemaking operations abroad.
