Fortunately, my job as agile facilitator gives me the opportunity to do precise that. As agile facilitator I help people and teams figure out where they are, where they want to be, and what they need to do to get there. In a ever changing world where Agile is 'the new black' it is important to navigate safely between all the different frameworks like Scrum - Kanban - SAFe - LeSS and stay true to principles of the agile manifesto. I've made a difference by taking principles and boiled it down to the 3 must important bullets. That being: Collaborate, Deliver, Grow.So while I do acknowledge the importants of accreditations and certifications I'm more focused on removing impediments and helping people and teams shine. In a safe environment where everyone gets the opportunity to deliver value is where the magic happens.
