Rasmus Ingemann is the Corporate Business Systems Leader in the area of Financial Accounting, Controlling and Business Planning in Coca-Cola Hellenic's Strategic Services department. Rasmus works closely with Corporate Functions, Enterprise IT and Coca-Cola Hellenic’s 28 countries (country CFO’s, Business Planning Managers and Finance Subject Matter Experts) to develop and implement Finance strategy within the ERP program that supports operational efficiency and reporting accuracy within Coca-Cola Hellenic as well as grow Coca-Cola Hellenic’s systems capabilities within the financial process area.

I was a Manager in Accenture’s Solutions Engineering practice in Copenhagen (Denmark) and Milan (Italy). I mainly worked with ERP enabled enterprise solutions in the finance and logistics areas. I have exclusively assisted multi-national companies with large-scale implementations all over Europe, in the United States and South Africa. I worked with all aspects of project management, including implementation management, planning and estimating, risk assessment and change management.In particular, I have experience within the industrial products industry, telecommunications, financial services, downstream oil, automotive supplier and tobacco industry, where I worked on major international re-engineering (BPR) projects with ERP software as the enabler for establishing new, standardised and improved business processes. I was Accenture's Project Management Tools and Methods Capability Group Lead in the Nordic region and I was considered one of Accenture's global experts on Solution Manager.
