Maintaining Haarslevs various QC systems and certifications.Handling individual pressure vessel designs and cases. Basically the previous QCM role, except with more focus on engineering - less manufacturing. Day to day contact with the workshop was greatly reduced.

Haarslev - Søndersø

Continued and expanded the existing QC system for PED (European) pressure vessels.Re-wrote and expanded the existing ASME (American) QC system, streamlining the various procedures. Prepared Haarslev for, and lead Haarslev through multiple QC audits.Had Haarslev certified for pressure vessel manufacture for various organisations, e.g. GOST and Marine Classification societies such as Lloyds Register and DNVGL, each with their own codes and requirements.Meanwhile I handled individual pressure vessels from A-Z, from sales guidance, engineering guidance (design review), design appraisal and negotiations with 3rd party pressure vessel organisations all over the world, Canada, Japan, Australia, Poland...Performed shop inspections and facilitated 3rd party and/or customer inspections through production.Compiled manufacturers documentation and obtained the final vessel certification. Through the years I have trained, educated and lead multiple colleagues in an informal sub-devision of the engineering department of up to 4 people.

Wrote user manuals and spare parts lists for individual machines, and compiled documentations for the various machines in complete factory lines.
