At Saxo Bank I have had several different UX ownerships over the years. I’ve been UX lead for the SaxoTraderGo platform, and later UX lead for everything related to content and education on all platforms. Currently I’m working on a larger B2B project, where I have the full responsibility of both UX and UI in the project. I am a part of a small design team focusing alone on the institutional part of the bank, working on B2B products like our wealth management platform, our developer portal or white-label needs for our platforms. I work closely together with developers on a daily basis - as well as PO’s, PM’s and other designers.

During my year at Manyone I was UX lead on two larger projects. One of them was a re-design project of the E-Boks platform, where the purpose was to modernise and simplify the experience, based on da data-driven approach. The other project was a re-design project for Jabra’s web app ‘Jabra Direct’ - a consumer tool to customise Jabra devices.

THINK is undoubtedly one of the best digital design agencies in Denmark, and I'm very proud to have been a part of this great company. At THINK, we always aimed towards designing what the clients really needed - and not what they thought they needed. We always challenged their ideas, but also made sure we understood their actually needs and dreams. I had the pleasure of working on two long-term projects, that both ended up getting honoured for the Digital Design Awards 2018.BroBizz - Mobile AppBroBizz are currently undergoing a huge transformation, where digital plays a huge role. Luckily I have been a part of this transformation, when I, together with a great team from THINK and Greener Pastures, designed an app for BroBizz. The app is first of all a self-service app, where the users can view transactions, edit payment info and check of the BroBizz device is ready to use. Besides this, the app is also the future for BroBizz. The app will be BroBizz core product for the future, when new initiatives will come to life. With a scalable design, we made sure that the app not only solved the customers current problems and needs - we also made sure the app was ready for the future.The app ended up winning a bronze medal in the category 'Mobile' for the Digital Design Awards 2018.Telia - Self-Service platform (Switchr)When I started at THINK, I became a part of the Switchr team. Telia had had the same self-service solution for many many years, and needed something new. This was a top 3 project for Telia, and many people was allocated to this project. In total, we were around 20 people working on this project - placed in a project room at Telia. With a MVP mind-set, we managed to not only design a self-service platform - we also helped educating Telia in digital product development, by having a design thinking mind-set, combined with an agile process. The design/platform ended up winning a bronze and silver medal for Digital Design Awards 2018.

At momondo I was responsible for the all the UX work concerning the Flight platform and the Hotel Platform. Together with the both the Flight team and the Hotel team (normally a PO, Designer, Front-End dev., back-end dev and QA), we constantly tried to improve the current experience and introduced many new initiatives. To do this, we often worked in weekly sprints, where hypothesis and new ideas got challenged, defined and tested. Together with this, we also did many A/B tests to constantly get a better idea of who the users actually were - and what they wanted. At momondo, I had the chance to design solutions that millions of people ended up using. One of the solutions I'm most proud of, was the introduction of 'Anywhere search'. Instead of choosing a destination, the user could 'go lucky' and search for the whole world, to find the perfect destination for their needs and pocket.

At Hello Group, I started my career as a UX designer. In the beginning I mostly assisted the Senior UX designers on different project, but ended up running projects my self. At Hello I had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented UX designers in DK, and working on many interesting projects. Worth mention was: Bestseller - Jack&Jones Frontline iPad appAfter a year in proces, I joined the team in the last 6 months time before release. Bestsellers dream was to digitalise their infrastructure and their processes for buyers. We managed to fulfill this dream, by design an iPad that transformed physical experiences into digital.The projects got honoured with 3xGold at Danish Digital Awards in 2015.TDC/YouSee self service platformSimultaneously with a project regarding optimisation of YouSee's online help center, I had the responsibility to design a new platform for their current self service solution. Based on data analysis, interviews with customers and stakeholders + being on the phone listening to customers calling the CC, we designed a solution who focused on 'Less is more' and empowerment to the users. We acknowledged, that a self service isn't something customers visits daily. But when they do, they should be welcomed and helped in the right direction.

As a Journalist at Downtown.dk, I wrote and created all the daily offers that Downtowns followers get on a daily basis. Based on interviews with the clients, I've wrote the copy for the daily-offer article.

At YouHeShe I mostly managed their Facebook page, doing both the content and strategy. I often interviewed YHS's designers and created some interesting content from this. Furthermore I did some copy for the newsletters.
