The project impacted +70 people and the implementation cutover phase resulted in no issues for our customer customers and improved ways of working for the sales organization - more detailed planning, better budget control and better opportunities for analyzing profitability on customer and campaign level.

I successfully managed to bring focus to promotion evaluations and importance of commercial mix management (product and customer mix).- Responsible for dynamic forecasts on top line in connection with the monthly business planning process, including analysis on deviations vs target and previous forecasts. Implemented a visual way of showing deviations to ensure focus from non-finance colleagues. Had big focus on forecasting accuracy by mapping the entire process and challenging problem areas.- Support in converting market business strategy into customer plans.- Project: Developing new forecasting process moving to fewer but better forecasts leading to significant time savings for several functions which was reinvested in more value adding tasks.
