As Senior Key Account Manager in our sales department my responsibility still involves sales and guidance within recruitment and employer branding tools towards some of the largest retail companies in Denmark. However, my customer portfolio has been increased to around 25-30 million in turnover a year and consequently I have the largest sales budget in the entire organisation. In my role as Account Manager, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large and medium accounts on the Danish and Swedish insurance market. Furthermore, I assist our Commercial Director with "pitch" presentations for new customers and business opportunities. I always try to challenge customers' existing business to avoid status quo and follow up with a proactive attitude on how we can develop or extend our business further.

The role as Sales Project Coordinator involved handling incoming requests for customers on a daily basis. It also involved support to Key Account Managers by providing them with quarterly reports for customers, participation in customer meetings and overall support, when it came to maintaining and developing strong customer relationships. Among other things, I was responsible for project managing the implementation of large Nordic customer contracts after they had been negotiated.

After my studies, I worked as a Marketing Assistant, where I continued developing our corporate website with involvement of the entire organization. I also planned and wrote press releases as well as produced branding reports for our customers and presentations for customer events.
