➤ Serving as a member of the AURA Technologies leadership team overseeing global delivery and ongoing global client engagement management of RGA's Automated Underwriting and Risk Analysis SaaS-based cloud solution.➤ Head of the global implementations/delivery organization with over 25 team members based in 7 countries across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, including having expanded the global team to include locations in Toronto and Tokyo.o Functional responsibilities within the global implementations organization include SaaS implementations, Client Engagement/Success Management, Customer Business Solutions Architecting, Product Development and Sales/Business Development support.➤ Provide program and project leadership oversight with direct client engagement in North America, LATAM, EMEA, India, Japan, Southeast Asia (including Hong Kong), Australia and New Zealand.➤ Strategically plan and coordinate large SaaS (Aura Next) implementation efforts with external customers and RGA global business units across North/South America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.➤ Developed strong relationships with customer key stakeholders. Global lead for client engagement/customer success, ensuring RGA’s Aura value proposition is realized with each customer post-implementation.➤ Responsible for customer business solutions architecting during the pre-project/ideation phase. This includes business case definition and senior executive presentation for project approval.➤ Provide senior-level external and internal communications, including implementations and client engagement portfolio analytics and KPI reporting.➤ Supporting RGA/Aura's global business development teams on prospective client visits and sales calls as well as providing information on Aura's global delivery and customer support model.➤ Designed, implemented and serving as executive sponsor of our department-wide mentoring program, assisting high potential team members in advancing their skills and careers.

➤ Prior to serving as Executive Director, I directly led multi-national AURA implementation projects for RGA’s strategic global accounts, including project efforts in the US, Canada, France, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.

➤ Served as a member of the BJC Medical Group leadership team reporting to the President of the BJC Medical Group while managing the Accountable Care business unit including care management services with a $5M annual operating budget.➤ Directed 16 managers and staff to serve over 65,000 Medicare beneficiaries and managed care members.➤ Drove business programs centered on care coordination and technology integration for all ACO participants for 10 hospitals, multiple service organizations, independent physician practices, and over 500 providers.➤ Led or participated on multiple multi-disciplinary teams with BJC executives and physician leaders as well as provided regular updates to BJC executive leadership including the CEO and BJC Board of Directors.➤ Met with state and federal legislators to influence legislation and represented the company to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for advancement of the Medicare Shared Savings Program.➤ Redesigned clinical workflows to support value-based care, physician performance, and network adequacy and coordinated efforts of 6 sub teams comprised of medical directors, physicians, nurses, and IT staff.

Emergency Department Operations➤ Program managed initiative to standardize ED operations and practices across all BJC emergency departments including technology and clinical process/workflow.➤ Responsible for developing the initiative’s three-year strategic plan.➤ Coordinated efforts of six sub teams comprising ED medical directors, physicians, nurses, and IT staff.Labor Analytics ➤ Managed BJC’s labor analytics initiative to increase labor productivity and reduce labor expense for all variable staff throughout BJC, focusing on effectively balancing staffing level with volume.➤ Facilitated the design and definition of standard rules and reporting for use throughout the health system.➤ Led the labor analytics steering committee comprised of twelve hospital vice-presidents and CFO’s.

Project/Program and Portfolio Management (PPM) Standards (Information Technology):➤ Responsible for the startup and leadership of the BJC Information Services Project Management Office (PMO).➤ Co-Leader responsible for the startup and leadership of the BJC Enterprise Project Management Office. In this capacity, directly partnered with BJC’s Senior Vice- Presidents and Group Presidents.➤ Developed a standardized procedure for managing all IS projects. Provided training and mentorship to 130+ Team Leads, Project Managers, Group Managers and Directors on the PMO processes. Assisted managers in project planning and execution.➤ Responsible for the monthly portfolio monitoring and metrics reporting of all IS capital projects.➤ Facilitated post-project reviews and conducted project audits of in-flight projects.PPM Software Implementation (Information Technology):➤ Led a team effort to select a PPM solution to track and monitor all IS capital projects (CA Clarity).➤ Responsible for managing the full lifecycle CA Clarity configuration and implementation in addition to PMO leadership responsibilities.
