Human trafficking is a global social problem that affects countless victims. These victims can easily succumb to circumstances that they face on a daily basis and it is almost impossible for some to escape and thrive. Without support that is readily available, the task to reintegrate into a regular life is insurmountable. Foundation was founded to support victims of human trafficking throughout their transition into mainstream society. Through partnerships with Government and NGOs, victims will have a residual helping hand with scholarships, bursaries, and living allowance stipends to enable a thorough change in their economic circumstances and provide financial empowerment and mobility.

• Spearheaded the establishment and management of operations in five locations across California, Oregon, and Hawaii, communicating with local and government representatives to ensure proper compliance.• Evaluated and maintained finances for each location, documenting sales, tracking funding, and conducting cost breakdowns for clients in an effort to drive significant revenue growth year-over-year (YOY).• Led the development and execution of localized marketing strategies, cultivating a local social media and branding presence to reach a larger regional customer base.• Interacted directly with customers to determine requirements, negotiate pricing, and draft price quotes in a timely and efficient manner.• Directed overall organizational strategy development, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate expansion through market and business trend analysis.

• Administrated disaster relief efforts, leading teams in building camps to house between 50 and 3,000 people; coordinated logistics concerning the proper quantity of necessary inventory items. • Managed teams up to 30 employees and volunteers, developing and effectively implementing time management strategies designed to streamline communication and collaboration in running the camps.• Organized vendor services to ensure timely deliveries in alignment with camp needs and expectations while monitoring and allocating resources as needed.
