PTA Equipment & Tools is the link between R&D and Production/Sales departement. Wheter it is for making a single prototype, or complete serial production setups, it is created and assembled through this departement.Work includes:-Team management and motivation. -Ressource planning.-Technical Project Management.- Sourcing specification of technical purchases.

Frontline support for 3MW Wind Turbine Nacelle and Hub production when issues of any kind occur.Work included:- Review assembly instructions and technical documentations.- Introduce and implement new working methods/ or materials to production line.-Engineering Change Management. -Project management.

A combination of Team Lead and Project Assistant. Main focus was on foriegn assembly technicians training and progress during start of new productions in different countries.Work included: - Training development and coordination/motivation with main production in Denmark for a 1 months training period of 9 brazillian workers, before start of new production in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This course proved very succesful without delay of main production. - Onsite Team Lead for Danish trainers during start of production in Sao Paulo, Brazil (approx.2 months).- Single point of contact for Danish Hub Assembly trainers abroad, including travel management and Ad-hoc problems which could accour with tools/equipment/documentation.- Trainer Team management and motivation.- HR related tasks.- New projects involvement.

Team Lead for Wind Turbine Hub production startup at new production facility in Shanghai China.Work included:- Danish trainer team management and motivation, including SAP registration of working hours and expenses for reimbursement. - Coach and train chinese team lead to perform succesful during production. - Finding alternative solutions locally when tools and equipment supplied did not match specified criteria. - Ad hoc tasks of any kind before -and during start of production.

Final assembly of Wind Turbine Hub´s on production line. Work included:- Bolt tensioning with hydraulic high pressure tension tools.- Electrical wiring of all sensors and valves. - Hydraulic system flushing and mounting. - Complete system test and troubleshooting if malfunctioning components occur.

Haulage of semi-trailers in Denmark with DSV as forwarding agency.

4 year apprenticeship to become Agricultural Machinery Mechanic, primarily based on practical experience from working at the workshop and at costumers, supplimented with theoretical school education.
