I think of myself as a specialised generalist. I know many things, I've tried many things and I love to learn new things. However, I do have have a partiality to co-creation and participatory practices, and I have a foot in both the digital and the sustainable world.Educated in the interaction between humans and it, and with competencies in project management, user-driven innovation, and communication, I can develop innovative concepts, support meaningful transformations, and create high quality user experience.My approach is agile, and I am used to coordinating between multiple concurrent projects and working with complex issues and large bodies of data. Through data and involvement of users, colleagues, and other stakeholders I can generate value, progress, and connections across projects and competencies.I hold a PhD from Digital Design and Information Studies at Aarhus University. Through interviews, projects, and theory I explored the interaction between humans and it and generated insights into new opportunities for co-creation, knowledge sharing, and documentation through digital technologies. Furthermore, I am certified as Scrum Master and in project management with PRINCE2.My work includes:○ Project development and project management with a focus on sustainable development, product development, and creative conceptualisation○ Practice-oriented inquiry into needs and opportunities through qualitative and quantitative data○ Design of user experience through an agile, user-centred, and data-driven approach○ Evaluation and documentation of projects, processes, workshops, and events with a particular focus on applying knowledge and experiences for innovation and decision-making○ Facilitation of e.g. workshops and meetings○ Communication of complex areas such as digitalisation and sustainablity○ Teaching, supervision, and examinationI am concerned with bridging between people and creating sustainable development in projects and in organisations, with clear strategies, fruitful collaborations, and trustful relations. I can handle both analytical, communicative, creative, and strategisk tasks - always accommodating and with a sparkle in my eye.
