I am an outgoing analytic IT specialist with 19 years of experience. For the past 8 years I have worked with client experience and unified communication both on a technically level but also defining the architecture and strategy. For the past 5 years I have implemented standard technologies for our meeting rooms and boardrooms throughout the world, latest I was technical responsible for implementing meeting room management system for our exchange/outlook environment.As a person, I am very passionate about working with and improving the user experience for the services we provide as an IT organization. I strive to deliver high quality work and always look out for optimization opportunities.I have profound experience in IT operations maintaining systems but also within projects management, both as a team member and project manager. I am used to follow ITIL standards such as operations management and change management.I am a self-starter and work independently, but I also enjoy and get energized working in or across teams as I believe the dynamics of good team work have a great impact on results and is a key contributor to good work environment.I enjoy working directly with the business to understand their needs and translating them into IT deliverables balancing both solution quality, risk and cost.
