Meeting the students face to face everyday taught me new levels of personal service. Recieving a truckload of partnership proposals gave me practice in analyzing who you're truly aligned with. At SöderS I created and expanded on administrative routines to ensure quality and rigidity in decisionmaking. With limited resources but high engagement, we surpassed expectations for the events and projects that I either kept up or created from scratch. What I take with me from my short time at SöderS, was how important it is to stay in touch with your community, and push your limits every day.
