Started with nothing except a mailbox so had to figure out a way to get normal operations, support and monitering of our clients going. Implemented and been administering a service desk system (NSP), implemented and documented several procedures for operations and different data analysis for our clients, among other a location based service.Furthermore I wrote and implemented procedures for a ISAE 3402 declaration and worked on the process of becomming ready for GDPR.Furthermore I have been hands on with a few aspects of our business, supporting both projects and sales with new and existing clients for surveys and installations.

Strives to provide better support through the strengthening and upgrading of processes, training and coaching of our agents and the development of new platforms and features.Furthermore been ensuring a strong bond to our clients through continuous followup on their concerns and providing a base for their wishes to new features and changes to current platform. This was done through rigorous testing along with the development department and constant communication with head individuals within our customer-base to ensure our system met their expectations.

Worked with 2nd and 3rd level support and later on did surveys and installations in among other: DK, Germany, Sweden, Croatia, Tunisia, UAE and Georgia.
