I am Partner in Lundgrens’ department of Litigation & Arbitration. I have litigated a number of leading court cases at the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court, the Danish High Courts and the Danish Supreme Court in the field of inter alia intellectual property law and have extensive experience with court and arbitration proceedings of a more general, commercial nature, including international arbitration cases and multi-jurisdictional court cases.For a number of years I have been recognized in inter alia Legal 500, IP Stars (Rising Star) and IAM Patent 1000 as one of the leading, Danish attorneys within the field of IP litigation.I am i.a. member of the Danish Arbitration Association, AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) including its Danish branch FIR, as well as the Danish Bar and Law Society.I am also a member of the Board of Appeals of the Danish Football Association, Copenhagen Branch (DBU København). I was admitted to the High Courts in 2013 and to the Supreme Court in 2018.
